Dr. Kuan

Dentistry has always been a part of Dr. Kuan's life, even from a young age. His grandfather started a dental office that his father later carried on, eventually bringing Dr. Kuan on to assist with operations during his college years.

However, it wasn't until his junior year that he shifted his major from computer science to biology and found his calling. He graduated from San Jose State before earning his dental doctorate at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. As the only three-year dental program in the country, its curriculum is rigorous and comprehensive.

Today, Dr. Kuan’s passion for science and people has led him to become a skilled and patient-focused practitioner. He loves helping people restore natural-looking smiles through treatments like fillings and crowns. Dr. Kuan is also dedicated to the pursuit of learning, going above and beyond with annual continuing education.

When not in the office, Dr. Kuan enjoys spending time with family. He’s the oldest of three siblings, and cherishes every moment with his wife, Diana, and their dog, Gracie. Together they explore new food, new music, and new places. To him, life is an adventure that’s best when shared.
